Service Description<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Znu-Cloud provides CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and data services designed specifically for small and medium businesses in the European Union. Our AI-powered platform helps businesses manage customer relationships and data in strict compliance with EU data protection regulations.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">4. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">11. Termination<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days\u2019 written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">For customers on pre-paid annual plans, termination will result in the remaining value of the pre-paid period being issued as a credit in Paddle. <strong>Cash refunds are not available for pre-paid annual plans<\/strong>, in accordance with standard industry practice for such subscriptions.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">12. Governing Law<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">These terms are governed by French law and EU regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">13.
