2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Znu-Cloud’s CRM and data services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Data Protection Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Description

Znu-Cloud provides CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and data services designed specifically for small and medium businesses in the European Union. Our AI-powered platform helps businesses manage customer relationships and data in strict compliance with EU data protection regulations.

4. Data Sovereignty and EU Compliance

  • EU Data Sovereignty: All customer data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union using EU-hosted services including Infomaniak, Brevo, and Hetzner
  • No Third-Country Transfers: We do not transfer, store, or process your data outside the EU/EEA
  • GDPR Compliance: Our services are designed to ensure full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

5. Data Protection Commitment

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes
  • We do not monetize your data in any way
  • All data processing is performed solely to provide and improve our services to you
  • You retain full ownership and control of your business data

6. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are processed by Paddle, a EU-compliant payment processor that adheres to:

  • EU payment regulations
  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements
  • GDPR compliance for payment data

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Monthly subscription fees range from €79 to €499 based on selected service level
  • Billing is handled securely through our EU-compliant payment processor
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your business data and content. Znu-Cloud retains ownership of its platform, software, and proprietary technologies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.

For customers on pre-paid annual plans, termination will result in the remaining value of the pre-paid period being issued as a credit in Paddle. Cash refunds are not available for pre-paid annual plans, in accordance with standard industry practice for such subscriptions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law and EU regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
